It's such an easy way to add flavour with zero effort and the flavour is strong but not overpowering so it complements well without taking away from whatever you've doused it in.

The xo is quite rich in ingredients, every bite was full of scallopy goodness and you can just tell it isn't skimpy when it comes to quality produce.
